Thanks for visiting my website. I was born and raised in Manitowoc WI, and experienced the sledding hills at Silver Creek Park, boating on Lake Michigan, to hiking at Point Beach State Park. A graduate of Lincoln High School, then moved to the Two Rivers area where all 4 of my children graduated from Two Rivers High School.
With a background working in Customer Service for the City of Two Rivers, and a Police Clerk for the Two Rivers Police Dept., I have gained considerable knowledge of the community. My experiences have helped me to be effective at finding solutions to complex problems that often arise in the course of a real estate transaction.
Since a real estate transaction involves many decisions, being informed is the key to protecting one's interests. My strength is paying attention to the smallest details, yet seeing the big picture. Then, given a clear vision of the choices, my clients can make effective decisions. My experiences allow me to work well with team members as well as many contractors.
I also have been involved in the school system and loves most sports. Whether it is football, tennis, hiking, camping or biking, I enjoy all these activities with my family. Probably, by far the most favorite, is wrestling. The Luedtke's have a long history of wrestling in the community, and have continued this tradition.
I believe there is a difference between a house and someone's home. A house is merely constructed of wood, nails and brick. A home on the other hand is constructed with feelings and emotion which make a home come alive.
